We have implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for hygiene and food safety. This is a preventive system for identifying and controlling hazards during preparation and processing.
Our extra-virgin olive oil "Mozaira"; is produced on organic farms that respect the environment. This means there are no synthetic chemicals in the olive grove soil or olive oil.

Mozaira extra-virgin olive oil is guaranteed by the Valencia regional committee for organic farming (Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de la Comunidad Valenciana).
This organisation is responsible for certifying organic farm products – including organic olive oil – and ensures compliance with European regulations (EU council regulation 2092/91).
